English Intensive B1.1
Small group · up to 10 participants
Mon–Thu · 10:00–12:30 (Berlin time), incl. 15 min break
The minimum group size for each course type is set out in our Terms, section 12.2. If your course cannot start, we will contact you no later than 48 hours before the start date and refund the course fee in full. If you book later than that, we will contact you without delay. If you prefer, you can move to another suitable start date or take full credit instead. On days when only one or two participants attend, the lesson may be one unit shorter if this has been agreed with all participants in the course, see Terms section 12.6.
What if my level turns out to be different?
If another level turns out to suit you better during the first five teaching days, we will move you free of charge to a suitable parallel group if a place is available. If no suitable group is available, we will offer another start date, credit or a pro-rata refund.
What if my level is not running right now?
If no suitable group is available, we can offer a later start date, credit or a pro-rata refund. If you prefer, we can also discuss private lessons with you.
Can I join after the course has started?
A late start may be possible if a place is available and we consider the course a good fit for your level. We will tell you the adjusted price before you book.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Before the course starts, you can switch free of charge to another available start date or choose full credit. If you prefer to end the contract and request a refund, the rules in our Terms apply.
